When will I receive my order?
Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email (or SMS if you chose this option). Most packages take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, but depending on the postal service's efficiency and your location it can take more or less time to arrive. Don't hesitate to contact info@ayx-official.com if you have any inquiry about your order.

Do you accept return or exchange?
Yes! You have up to 14 days after receipt of your package to contact
Note: You will need to cover the shipping cost entirely, so make sure to check the size charts provided on each product page, to measure yourself properly and to email us any questions before placing your order. Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
We don't accept cancelation once an order has been placed. Make sure to check the size charts provided on each product pages before placing your order. If you have any question don't hesitate to us by email.

What is the currency conversion rate?
Use the currency drop-down menu to select your country's currency. Prices will be displayed in your selected currency, then processed in US Dollars by Paypal or your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, then finally converted to your local currency. Order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates.
